We've had quite a few people ask if we offer gluten-free options. While we aren't a gluten-free bakery and can't safely accommodate those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies, we wanted to create something special for our gluten-sensitive customers.
So we're excited to announce our very first Gluten-Sensitive Menu Drop!
Available for Tuesday, August 18th pick-up, each box includes:
• 3 S'mores Hi-Hat Cookies — a graham cookie topped with house-made marshmallow and coated in dark chocolate.
• 3 Lemon Bars — a buttery shortbread crust topped with a thick layer of bright, tangy lemon curd.
$35 per box
Because these are made in a bakery that also handles wheat flour, they are not suitable for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.
This is a very limited release with only 20 boxes available, and orders close Sunday, August 16th (or sooner if we sell out).
If you've been hoping for more gluten-sensitive treats from us, this is our way of testing the waters. We've spent a lot of time perfecting these recipes, and we genuinely think they're every bit as delicious as the rest of our menu. If this drop is well received, we'd love to make these limited menu drops a regular thing.
